There's a relatively small Steven Holl project on the edge of one of the canals in Amsterdam's back streets. This addition to a small office building contains conference space that can also be used by the public for functions. The intriguing part of the design is the skin of perforated copper panels. Some discoloration has occurred as the patina ages but it almost reinforces the randomness of the punched openings.
